Description:
Automotive cable is made with either PVC or cross-lined insulation. The biggest difference between the
two automotive wire options temperature range. Cross-linked automotive wire can withstand much higher
temperatures than PVC automotive wire.
Cross-Linked Battery Cable-SGX Type SGX Battery Cable may be used in starter and battery ground circuits
that require high heat, abrasion, and aging resistance. It is designed to fit into tight spaces, making it a conve
nient choice for many automotive applications. This battery cable has a temperature range of -40°C to
125°C. It meets both SAE J-1127 and RVIA specifications.
